【摘要】 本研究采用问卷调查的方式,对鄂西土家族、苗族自治州的中学教师的工作压力、工作倦怠、工作满意进行了研究。研究工具为中学教师工作压力问卷、工作倦怠问卷、工作满意度问卷。本研究采用研究者亲历现场测试的方式,共发放问卷825份,回收750份,有效问卷706份,有效回收率为85.6%。 本研究的主要目的是:探讨中学教师对工作压力、工作倦怠、工作满意度的总的感受情况,以及人口学变量的影响;探讨工作压力、工作倦怠、工作满意度之间的关系;对问卷进行验证。根据本研究的结果得出如下结论: 1、研究发现,中学教师总体的工作倦怠感不太高,工作压力较大,工作满意度较低。 2、只有少数人口学变量(如:工龄、职称等)对某些因子有显著的主效应。它们主要是通过两项和三项交互作用影响教师的工作倦怠、工作压力、工作满意度的水平。 3、男教师的非人性化程度显著地高于女教师,个人成就感显著地低于女教师。 4、工作6—10年的教师(职称一般为中二和中一)的倦怠感最高,工作压力最大,工作满意度最低。 5、直线回归分析表明,工作倦怠随着工作压力的增加而增加,工作满意度随着工作压力的增加而逐渐降低。对工作倦怠有显著影响的因素是:工作负...更多荷、自我身心、人际关系、考试升学和学生;对工作满意有显著影响的因素是:领导管理、社会、工作负荷、人际关系和自我身心。 6、曲线回归对数据的拟合稍好于直线回归,回归曲线结果部分地验证了本研究的假设。 7、工作倦怠、工作压力、工作满意的结构方程模型,基本能够反应各个变量之间的相关关系。 还原 【Abstract】 The research in the way of inventory study the job stress, job burnout and job satisfaction about the senior middle school teachers of the self government fre fecture of tujia and miao minority nationalities in the west of hu bei provience.
