【摘要】 随着全球经济的一体化,近年来港口物流业快速发展,临港工业园区如火如荼建设,两者相互联系彼此影响日益紧密,如何开创双方互惠互利的共赢局面,实现资源集约化、利益最大化的协同发展,就成为一个迫切需要解决的课题。本论文以此课题作为研究具有理论学术价值和实践应用意义。本论文查阅总结了课题的相关研究文献,采用多角度多层面的定性分析法、Nash谈判模型的定量分析法,同时综合运用协同论、港口经济、产业理论、物流与供应链等学科理论,结合实际案例分析法,对港口物流业与临港工业协同发展这一课题的主要研究内容如下:首先,课题运用协同学基本原理,阐述了港口物流业与临港工业协同发展的涵义,从内在和外在两个方面探讨了其协同发展的产生动因:各自发展历程及趋势是协同发展内在驱动力,相互间产业关联是协同发展外在推动力。其次,论文从协同的初期形成、中期运作、后期效益分配等方面,按照阶段性发展思路对协同发展的机理进行了动态分析,分别建立了协同产生、运作及效益分配的三大机制。课题重点分析阐述了港口物流与临港工业的协同运作机制,从产业宏观到企业微观多层面展开论述。论文从港口物流与临港工业的各自产业内部、彼此产业间,港口物流与临港...更多工业的各自企业内部与企业间多角度对协同运作机制进行了全方位的整体探讨。其三,在对港口物流业与临港工业国内外不同发展模式的研究基础上,分析了彼此互动模式的本质,提出相互协同发展的两种模式:工业型和贸易型物流协同模式。工业型港口物流模式是散杂货物流与重化工业主导的临港工业间协同模式;贸易型港口物流模式是集装箱物流与轻工业主导的临港工业间协同模式。论文并按照协同要素对两种模式进行了比较分析。最后,以上海罗泾港与浦钢厂共建物流配送系统为案例,分析了港口物流业与临港工业协同发展的实践运作,提出了其协同模式如何实现的具体措施。

【Abstract】 With the integration of global economic, the rapid development of port logistics industry and construction in full swing of harbor industrial park in recent years, port logistics industry(PLI) and harbor industry (HI) interrelated and affected each other closely. How to create the mutually beneficial and win-win situation, which become an urgent problem to resolve, in order to achieve resource intensive and benefit maximization. This paper based on this problem has the significance of theoretical academic value and practical application.This paper summarizes the available research literature related to the subject, using qualitative analysis method of multi-angle and multi-level, quantitative analysis of Nash bargaining model, combination with analysis of actual cases, integrally applies synergetic, port economy, industry theory and logistics and supply chain theory to this subject of synergetic development (SD) of PLI (port logistics industry) and HI (harbor industry). The development process and the trend of PLI and LGI is the internal driving force of SD; inter-industry linkages are the external driving force of SD.Secondly, according to the thought of stage development, from the early formation, the medium-term operation and the later effectiveness distribution of SD, this thesis conducts a dynamic analysis about mechanism of SD, and then it sets up three SD mechanisms respectively, they are synergistic generation, operation and effectiveness distribution. From the respective inner of PLI and HI, the relation between them, this paper focuses on the mechanism of synergetic operation.Thirdly, on the basis of studying the different patterns of PLI and HI at home and abroad, meanwhile analyzing the nature of interacting pattern, the thesis presents two synergetic patterns between PLI and HI: the pattern of industry and the pattern of trade. The former is a kind of bulk logistics and harbor industry logistics (mainly running heavy industry), and the latter is a kind of container logistics and harbor industry logistics (mainly running light industry). The two kinds of patterns are comparatively analyzed according to synergistic factors.Finally, taking Shanghai Luojing Port and Shanghai Pu-Steel as example, this thesis analyzes the practical operation of PLI's SD, and then it puts forward concrete measures to realize the synergetic pattern.
