Hard felt polyacrylonitrile-based carbon felt or graphite felt as the base material, after special technology bonding, curing, shaping, carbonisation, high temperature treatment. It has good shape retention, self-supporting, small specific gravity, no staple fibre shedding, high surface finish, low thermal conductivity, high temperature resistance, good resistance to thermal vibration (no cracking or deformation in long term use), long service life, easy to install and remove and replace, and the use of the temperature up to 3000°C. It is the best choice for high temperature vacuum equipment, non-oxidative atmosphere, and non-oxidative atmosphere. Graphite Felt Carbonisation Furnace is mainly used for high temperature treatment of carbon/carbon composite materials, rigid insulation felt, curing felt, carbon fibre insulation materials, graphite products, etc. It is also used for graphitization of other materials.
